CP series horizontal plate-type condenser product overview

   CP series condenser is designed with horizontal flat plate structure, with air inlet at bottom and air outlet on top; it is mainly equipped with the remotely mounted pistons and parallel units or screw units requiring high heat exchange.
This series of products has the following characteristics:
   1.It is designed with horizontal flat plate structure, fans in one row and fans in double rows.
   2.Enclosure: High-quality galvanized steel plate sprayed with powder coating (silver gray RAL9006); the fan tube is designed with overall stretching large rounded high air tube, it has the characteristics of excellent air guiding effect, low noise and aesthetic appearance.
   3.The side sheet of the heat exchanger is made of aluminum plate, which can effectively protect the copper tube;
   4.Coil: Tube diameter φ9.5, female thread copper pipe, tube spacing 25×21.65 in triangular arrangement, high heat exchange efficiency.
   5.Corrugated aluminum sheet made of hydrophilic aluminum foil is adopted, with the sheet spacing of 2.1mm;
   6.Fan: It is design with standard 3P/380V/50Hz power supply, fitted with φ500 and φ630 external rotor fans, 1-5 fans in one row, 4-10 fans in double rows; it is designed with 4-pole and 6-pole motor, which can meet different noise requirements.
   7.The test pressure of the product is 32bar.
   8.It is compatible with R404A, R507A, R449A, R134a, R22 and other refrigerants.
